Customer-Vendor Relationship Management in CS-Cart Multi-Vendor Marketplace Software

CS-Cart Multi-Vendor marketplace software https://www.cs-cart.com/multi-vendor-personal-demo.html offers a really cool feature. Sometimes before purchasing a product, the customer wants to know more about it. And the best person to ask is the vendor. The customer to vendor communication feature allows a customer to contact a vendor directly from product pages and the vendor’s micro store. To set up this feature, go to Add-ons - Manage add-ons, and find the Customer to vendor communication feature. The settings contain 2 tabs. On the general tab there are 2 checkboxes. They define the locations a customer will be able to contact vendors from. The Notifications tab contains 3 checkboxes that define who will receive notifications about new messages. Ok let’s write a message to the Stark Industries vendor. On a product page the customer clicks the Contact vendor button and enters the message to the message field. Let’s ask if this case is big or small. Okay, the message has been sent and the notification confirms it. The message will appear in the message center in the marketplace admin panel. Here it is. It will also appear in the Message center in the Stark Industries vendor panel.
