The Peace Foundation Organization in Germany will Launch a Marketplace on CS-Cart to Support Farmers Affected by the Pandemic
Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve been supporting non-profit organizations by giving them free licenses of our marketplace solution CS-Cart Multi-Vendor. Peace Foundation is one more nonprofit that starts a marketplace on CS-Cart to support farmers in the regions that are affected by the pandemic the worst.
In 2015, concern about Food Waste and its impact on Global Peace attracted the attention of a student group at the University of Erfurt, Germany. As time passed, a deeper understanding of peace and various threats to peace evolved within the group which laid the foundation of the Peace Movement aiming to work on various problems ranging from Environmental Sustainability, Economic Equality, Social Inclusion, and Social Justice. As a result, Peace Foundation e.V. was formally founded in 2017.

It is primarily a health concern, however, the economic effects of the pandemic are also devastating. Recent International Labour Organization report suggests that about half a billion people could sink into poverty.
We are working on a project aimed at supporting women/farmers economically badly affected by the pandemic. The project focuses on capability creation by providing a sustainable livelihood possibility and direct customer connect by designing a solution to eliminate middlemen and bring maximum profit to people at ground zero.
