CS-Cart Prices Rising from September 1, 2021

Hello!

From September 1, we’re raising prices on CS-Cart and rearranging the product line. These changes only apply to new CS-Cart customers and the existing customers who buy a new license. Multi-Vendor is not affected at all.

The takeaways:

  • CS-Cart product line changes to: CS-Cart, CS-Cart Ultimate, and CS-Cart Ultimate B2B
  • Prices on CS-Cart products rise from September 1 for new licenses only
  • Upgrade subscription prices rise proportionally
  • New licenses only come with support periods, not credits
  • Nothing changes for the existing customers unless they buy a new license

Why are we doing this?

CS-Cart has become a niche solution in its essence. It’s no longer a mass product. It’s a high-quality, powerful, and feature-rich eCommerce platform for complex projects. But it’s now priced too low to enter the niche of expensive self-hosted solutions.

We believe that the changes in pricing and the product line will help CS-Cart enter a new niche of self-hosted eCommerce solutions, which will give us more opportunities to develop and improve the platform.

How will it be from September 1?

First of all—the changes only apply to the CS-Cart B2C, CS-Cart B2B, and CS-Cart B2B & B2C products. The changes don’t affect Multi-Vendor.

From September 1, only three CS-Cart editions will be available:

  • CS-Cart: $1,350. This is the former CS-Cart B2C.
  • CS-Cart Ultimate: $4,500. This is CS-Cart with multiple storefronts.
  • CS-Cart Ultimate B2B: $8,500. This is CS-Cart with B2B features and multiple storefronts for B2B and B2C.

Along with the prices on licenses, the upgrade subscription prices will rise proportionately:

  • CS-Cart: $560 after 1 month upon termination | $390 within 1 month upon termination
  • CS-Cart Ultimate: $1,180 after 1 month upon termination | $755 within 1 month upon termination
  • CS-Cart Ultimate B2B: $2,235 after 1 month upon termination | $1,430 within 1 month upon termination

The new licenses come with free support periods:

  • CS-Cart: 30 days
  • CS-Cart Ultimate: 60 days
  • CS-Cart Ultimate B2B: 180 days

The license upgrade (for example, from the standard CS-Cart to Ultimate) is calculated individually. Please contact us if you want to switch to a more advanced edition of CS-Cart.

FAQ

The new prices only apply to new customers and to those customers who start a new online store with a new license. We won’t stop supporting the existing customers.
