Reseller Program
The CS-Cart Reseller program enables companies and private entrepreneurs to provide their customers with the powerful ecommerce solution and make a considerable profit with minimum effort. The program may be of a particular interest to those providing design or programming services as it gives an excellent opportunity to enhance their existing service offerings.
Benefits
Embarking on the program helps distribute a turnkey shopping cart solution with rich and flexible functionality. Since CS-Cart shopping cart has already gained the confidence of lots of customers throughout the world, distributors resell well-known and well promoted software that is always in great demand.
Resellers are offered generous discounts depending on the number of licenses they purchase. Moreover, resellers are provided with one free license of each CS-Cart edition to run a demo store or build a site where they distribute the software.
Each purchased license is bundled with technical support credits. The number of credits depends on the CS-Cart edition.
CS-Cart licenses may be resold at any cost but not less than the set minimum retail price. CS-Cart wholesale pricing, number of included credits and the minimum retail prices are given in the table below:

Mandatory conditions
The distributor shall have a website (or at least a separate page of their existing website) dedicated to CS-Cart software (promotional materials are provided).
Also the distributor shall have the Authorized reseller banner with a link to www.cs-cart.com on their website.
To maintain the Distributor status, it is required to order CS-Cart licenses (of any edition) to the total amount of not less than $1,000 a year. This term is applied from the second year of the reseller’s activity.
How to enroll
Only the existing owners of commercial CS-Cart licenses (Professional, Multi-Vendor or Ultimate) registered as a company or a sole proprietor can join the team of authorized resellers.
If this requirement is met, to begin with, it is necessary to submit a request for the distributor status. The application is considered and in case it is accepted, the applicant pays the entrance fee.
The reseller program entrance fee is $1,000. It includes the purchase of a certain number of licenses at a reduced price for future reselling (the purchasing price in the range of 1-4 according to the table above). The entrance fee may include licenses of different CS-Cart editions but it must not be less than $1,000.
